Sloping block conquered!

This yard was heavily sloped to all boundaries with no access. The owner wanted it turfed as is however it would have been very impractical. We supplied our client with some better alternatives to improve the look and functionality.

We gained access by removing and reinstalling a section of their fence. By reinforcing the bottom of the fence to act as a retainer we filled the low sides up about 300mm after scraping and removing the old soil and grass. Then we spread, leveled the topsoil and laid Empire Zoysia to give this home a flat back yard that can now be used. The front yard slope could not be changed without a retaining wall so we leveled the slope for a neat down hill gradient. Clients were very pleased with the end result.
