Re-Turfing project in Oxley

This yard was neglected and had a lot of tree coverage preventing the old grass surviving. First we cut back a bunch of the trees allowing more sunlight to get in then completed a complete scrape back and dirt removal through narrow access under the house. New under turf soil brought in and levelled finished off with Palmetto grass to attain best results in a shady environment.
