The RLC team were thorough professionals. They completed the job with patience and keeping in mind all compliance requirements. Rick and his staff were really helpful and completed the job as per our agreement with them. Rick went out of his way to sort out another issue I was facing without any hesitation. Rick was very quick and efficient in contacting me , he was also very patient and friendly when we discussed what I needed to install as I needed to install a split system unit to my unit which took me a while to find the right person to do it and Rick was perfect for it . He gave me a good and reasonable quote and manage to work around my unit to save costs as my unit had some issues where other people hesitated to do. Him and his colleague also cleaned up after everything was done and sent me photos as I wasn’t home and it was nicely done and what I needed .
