I recently hired Aaron from Tropicana Timber Flooring to install hybrid flooring in our apartment, to enhance the comfort and improve the aesthetics. Before the job, Aaron's support was exceptional. He helped me compile all the necessary documents for the Strata application, including a detailed quote, flooring specifications, company information, and a noise/acoustic compliance certificate. On the installation day, Aaron and his team arrived on time and began by removing the old carpet, underlay, and gripper rods. They worked systematically through the apartment, moving and lifting furniture as needed while laying down the new flooring. The team completed the job within the day and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We are extremely happy with the service and support Aaron provided and would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade the flooring in their residence or commercial space.
